Noureen and Thora

Noureen DeWulf was born February 28, 1984, in New York City. She has always shown great interest in becoming an actress. The School of the Arts of Boston University was where she began to lay the foundations of the rest of her acting career. Noureen began to audition for roles after graduating. In 2005, she was offered an important role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festivals across the globe. It also received an Oscar nomination in the category of Best Live Action Short Film at the 79th annual Academy Awards ceremony in 2007. The film was the first step of Noureen DeWulf's fame. Noureen has since played in TV shows like Girlfriends, Chuck and Outsourced. In addition, she played minor and important roles in Hollywood movies like Ocean's Thirteen The Comebacks Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, The Back-up Plan as well as The Comebacks. Her career began as a kid actor, acting in films such as Alaska (1996), Now and Then (1995), Hocus Pocus(1993) and the film All I Want for christmas (1991). The year 1999 was the year she became well-known after garnering worldwide praise and attention for her role on the film American Beauty. She starred next in Ghost World (2001), one of the most acclaimed films that won her an award of a Golden Globe.
